To Get Started
SHRIMP CRACKERS

We hope you enjoy the complimentary chips.  They are shrimp crackers and go especially well with one of our appetizers, Acar, a collection of spicy pickled vegetables served to guests during Chinese New Years.

1.     SINGAPORE SLING or STRAITS MAI TAI           $6.95
The Singapore Sling was invented in 1915 at the Raffles Hotel in Singapore.   It is a concoction of gin, Benedictine and fruit juices.  When made with rum instead of gin, it is our version of a Mai Tai.  “The libation looks innocent as a Shirley Temple but packs a seriously adult punch; a few sips and you'll forget about the date who stood you up or the tiff you had with your roommate.” (Washington Post, 2004)

2.     TIGER BEER          $5.25
We are pleased to offer you Tiger Beer, the most popular beer in Asia.  Tiger is based in Singapore and is just now beginning to enter the U.S. market.   We are pleased to offer it to you.

 3.     TSING TAO, HEINEKEN, SIERRA NEVADA, AMSTEL LITE, or GUINESS          $4.95

4.     SAKE          $5.50
We offer draft Gekkeikan Sake cold or over ice.

5.     WHITE OR RED WINE FROM SICILY          $6.50
We have discovered a very nice wine from Sicily that we think you will like.  The white wine is Grillo and the red is Nero d'Avola.   Other wines are at the back of the menu.

6.     MALAYSIAN STYLE COFFEE - HOT OR ICED  $4.50
Malaysian coffee is made with chicory and served with sweeten condensed milk.

7.     HOT TEA, ICED TEA, COFFEE OR SODAS        $2.50
We offer a number of nice teas including green, black, ginger, relaxing, and chrysanthemum.
