Visit our sister establishment for an after dinner drink. We carry a wide varieties of premium liquors and a selection of domestic and imported beers.
In 1989, my partner and I opened the Straits of Malaya, the sister establishment to Larry's Lounge.
In 1993, we were looking for a place to sit and talk with a visiting friend. The bars were too noisy or uncomfortable for a good conversation. That night Larry's Lounge was born…and opened soon after as a neighborhood Lounge next door to the Straits of Malaya.
We welcome you to sit back, enjoy and relax. The room downstairs is available for private parties and gatherings. Just ask the bartender to reserve it to celebrate your latest triumph …or a friend's birthday.
We will be happy to get you a table at our sister establishment, the Straits of Malaya or, if you prefer (and the kitchen is available), we will bring the food to you at Larry's. Just ask one of the staff.
