We pride ourselves for having a full neighborhood bar, complete with classic Martinis, Manhattans and Shaken Margaritas of all varieties. To tickle your fancy…or jog your memory, here are some drinks our customers enjoy:
Black Russian (vodka, coffee liqueur)
Sloe Gin Fizz (sloe gin, lemon, club soda)
Zombie. (rum, apricot brandy, pineapple juice, OJ, lime)
Kamikaze (vodka, triple sec, lime)
Tom Collins (gin, lemon, club soda)
Saki (chilled or over ice or in your favorite sakitini)
Singapore Sling or Strait's Mai Tai ($6.50)
Our sister establishment, the Straits of Malaya brought this classic drink, as it is made at the Raffles Hotel in Singapore, to the neighborhood. It consists of gin, Benedictine, cherry brandy, triple sec, and fruit juices. With rum, instead of gin, it is our version of a Mai Tai.
